Mandate
- CIO role in the Transformation Office along with interim CMO and COO
- Development of an omnichannel strategy with leadership
- Re-platforming by state-of-the-art service providers
- Transition of the new platform into a new functional and IT organization with a “startup character”
- Selection and hiring of future leadership personnel
- Additional interim Director of Operations to stabilize processes and projects
